with 0% interest rate for timely payments made over
the proposed estimated treatment time.
As a courtesy to you we will
bill your insurance company and help you in every
way we can in filling out your claim and handling
your insurance questions from our office on your
behalf.
Fees are determined based on
the severity of the patient’s orthodontic problems
and what is needed to accomplish their goals. We
will also help you to use your Flex Spending
medical/dental benefits as well.
Payments can be made by cash or
check only. We accept most insurances. We recommend
that you check with your insurance provider
regarding maximum benefits, deductibles etc.
A financial contract and
scheduling needs will be reviewed with you by a
member of our team.
